The seed for SKiNNY Music arose from my continual desire
to discover new music and share it with fellow music junkies. Many
of my venerable music cohorts are spread across numerous time zones,
so communicating in our traditional ways has been waning for some
time. I thought having an online music community would help. I'm
applying some of my acquired technical skills to something that
will hopefully become a useful tool for a community of music lovers.
(I also did it for selfish reasons since managing the content also
ensures I keep abreast of up-and-coming artists.)
This site is for people who want to discover new artists and see
them perform live. The value of this site is based on your contributions.
